INGREDIENTS
12-16 Meatballs( I used FitNActive Turkey Meatballs from Aldi's)
6 cups low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1⁄2 cup carrot, diced
1⁄2 cup celery, diced
2 ounces frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
garlic salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
**add in the last hour- 1⁄4 cup acini di pepe pasta (small pasta)
**add when serving- 1/2 tsp shredded parmesan cheese
Cook on low 4-6 hours
